How Peggy Frezon and Her Dogs Stay Healthy

Oh Dog! Friend and Fellow Blogger Peggy Frezon has a new book out, and I’ll bet it would interest many of you!

Peggy is the blogger at Peggy’s Pet Place. She’s also a contributor to Guideposts magazine.

Her most recent book is entitled, “The Dieting with my Dog Guide to Weight Loss and Maintenance.”

In this book Peggy picks up where she left off in Dieting With My Dog, where she discussed the techniques she used to lose weight and to help her dog Kelly lose weight.

In this book, she shares techniques to keep maintenance exciting for both humans and dogs! And she does so with a little help from some names you may know, Sugar the Golden Retriever, You Did What With Your Wiener,  and Snoopy’s Dog Blog.

Oh, and there’s recipes for snacks too! Yummy!

Would you like to win a copy of Dieting With My Dog Guide to Weight Loss and Maintenance? Just head over to Peggy’s Pet Place and get your name in the hat! Or if you can’t wait, you can buy now at Amazon.com.

  2. Wow! This book looks interesting! Not only for humans but also for dogs to lose their weight! We don’t want to try too desperate ways like not eat anything or doing exercise very very hard though….This book seems to tell us something much healthier ways to keep fit! 🙂
