When had to I let go my 14yrs old dog I had before Bongo, the vet came to our home and she seemed to be absolutely in peace with it. Don’ be afraid.

When a dog dies, she gets to spend all her days romping and playing with her long lost siblings, and each night she makes the journey back, to lie at the feet of her Human. There are many dogs lying at my feet.

DeDe. Such a beautiful lady. I am so so sorry, my heart goes out to you and the pretty lady. I can really imagine how you must feel. I have a pack of 5, 2 of them are 13. One, Argus, has bad arthritis, the other, Sasha, has been fighting bone cancer since 03/2012 – and we have been through hell and back for this girl. What I would not do to have her healed. Her time gets closer and closer, and I am getting afraid of not knowing when it might be time.
I will be thinking of you and your girl.
My heart goes out to you. I am in a similar position at the moment but have not come to making the final decision; it is so hard. However think of the the good times and remember the love that only a dog can give, Chris.

I am so sorry. Our fur babies bring us so much joy, and it is so incredibly painful to let them go.
Our Mocha is getting very old and hasn’t been feeling well lately. Today we learned she has fluid behind her heart which has caused her recent lethargy. She’s on a diuretic which should help. It’s been suggested that we have a cardiologist check out her heart murmur. The specialist can help determine what exactly is wrong and prescribe the right medication. So I guess we’ve bought Mocha some time. But I know what you must be feeling. hugs…
